Training camp TTF Stühlingen

Last weekend from 10.09. and 11.09. junior players as well as adults of the TTF Stühlingen have completed an intensive training camp. After the long summer break and shortly before the new season, much emphasis was placed on safety, conscious placement, variation, rhythm change active / passive, footwork, opening / post game and the safety of the first two ball contacts. Each training session was concluded with a 15-20 minute competition.
Already next weekend the season 2022/2023 begins, which brings new goals, new challenges and new motivation.
